I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I've completed the training in trauma treatment, and the advanced trauma training. I have also completed the training in developmental/trauma treatment. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and am a certified practioner. I've also studied EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique),an energy therapy, and am a Certified Hypnotherapist.

Van der Kolk, MD (Traumatic Stress), Alan Schore's study of the neurobiology of emotional development and how people can learn to regulate their emotions, Francine Shapiro Ph.D (Founder of EMDR), Pat Ogden Ph.D (Founder of Senorimotor Psychotherapy), Janina Fisher Ph.D (Senorimotor Psychotherapy trainer and Consultant; EMDR Consultant), Peter Levine (Founder of Somatic Experiencing) and Richard Schwartz ( Founder of Internal Family Systems).
