Drawn to be a therapist after years of witnessing our struggle managing our emotional wounds, my goal is to support my clients' healing by our developing an understanding of their inner pain and the way it manifests itself in their life. Using this knowledge they can work to develop compassion for themselves and others while being empowered to live to their greatest potential.
I use the experience of my life, my knowledge gained by training as a therapist in traditional and contemporary models and my skills as an educator, to gain understanding of my clients and to guide them on their journey to self understanding and fulfillment. My years working within the school system help me to work empathically with other educators.
I am particularly invested in helping break cycles of physical and emotional abuse, by supporting clients develop healthy relationships in their lives, whether it be with family, lovers, children, colleagues or friends.
