Much of my work is from a Self-Psychology perspective and incorporates Family of Origin work. I offer short term problem solving therapy, as well as long-term in depth therapy. When appropriate I incorporate: Guided Imagery, Journal Writing and work with Somatic Approaches.  EMDR
