As men we have played, fought, cooperated, and competed with each other--sometimes finding brotherhood and lasting friendship, and sometimes being wounded, frightened, and alienated. Being in a group with other men brings us in touch with our strength, excitement, passion, and pain. In confidential groups led by experienced therapists, a man can redefine masculinity, explore his relationship with other men and women, and reclaim his lost vitality.
Groups are facilitated by experienced psychotherapists. Each group is comprised of 5 to 8 men plus a licensed facilitator focusing on multiple areas including: Relationships, and Intimacy, Grief and Depression, Family and Fatherhood, Communication Skills, Life Transitions and Work Stress, Anger and Addictions, Sexuality and Body-related Issues.
WHEN: Each group meets once a week on a weekday evening.
COST: $35 per weekly session (10 week commitment required)
